Signature Financial Corporation is a commercial real estate development company founded in 1985 by Mark Quigley, President.
Since its inception, Signature has been involved in the development of the following projects:
- Southpoint Office Park, a 120,000 SF, two building complex located on Route 252 in Berwyn, Pa
- Voorhees Corporate Center, a 75-acre commercial/office park located in Voorhees, NJ, whose notable tenants are or were Lone Star Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Hampton Inn, Sunguard, Ohio Casualty, Kennedy Hospital, Jefferson Health Systems, AAA of South Jersey, New Seasons Assisted Living, and Travelers Insurance
- Plymouth Square Shopping Center, a 200,000 SF community shopping center located in Conshohocken, PA, a retail property that has been expanded and renovated a number of times since its acquisition in 1986 and whose major tenants are Genuardi’s Markets, Rite Aid, Recreational Equipment, Inc., Marshalls, and Gold’s Gym
- A 37-acre retail development located in Limerick, PA, that will offer the retail community a number of leasing opportunities including a food store, three junior anchors, small tenant space, bank, fast food, and casual dining outparcels, and a medical office building.
